We founded Project Expedite after seeing the same pattern repeat across dozens of organizations: significant investment in best-in-class ALM tools, followed by frustrating under-adoption, fragile integrations, and constant vendor friction.
We knew the tools were not the problem. The missing piece was a dedicated operations layer that treated ALM as a managed discipline — not a one-time implementation project.
